Have you ever stepped into a hotel room just to find out that something is broken? Then you have to go through the work of complaining to a receptionist & asking for a odd room.

• The other night, after a long dealership meeting, I headed to my hotel room.

I had the cooling system on in my motorcar, and it was turned up a little higher than common so that I didn’t fall asleep behind the wheel, because I couldn’t wait to get inside my hotel. After pulling up & grabbing myself, I checked-in & headed straight up to my hotel room. When I walked in, I was surprised to assume how moderate it was inside my room. Usually, the hotels are ahead of the game by turning the cooling system on before you check in. I didn’t complain about the cooling system though. I turned the cooling system on & took a hot shower while waiting for the room to cool down. When I walked back into the room, the room was still crazy hot, even though the cooling system was running at a pretty low speed. I tried all the buttons on the remote before I decided that the cooling system must be broken. When I went out to complain to the receptionist, she didn’t believe me. She walked into my room to try to flip the cooling system on until she realized that I was right. She provided me an update since there were no additional rooms like mine available, & I cheerfully accepted. I was just ecstatic to notice that this cooling system was certainly working in my new room.
