This was a couple of years ago and the two of us were right at the start of the pandemic.

Our heat pump was acting odd and I was afraid that it might be in need of some sort of Heating plus A/C repair. Yet, everything else in our lives had been virtually turned upside down with the start of the pandemic. My partner and I were both sent new home from the zone controlled Heating plus A/C in our respective offices. That was taxing enough as the two of us found toiling from new home in our own air conditioner not the easiest of transitions. And the fact that I particularly hadn’t been as consistent as I needed to be when it came to Heating plus A/C repair. So that’s why I called my neighbor. He was insistent that his handyman could take care of anything that was new home appliance or project related. The guy had been taking care of his Heating plus A/C when it broke down for years. So I called the handyman and just about made the appointment until I l gained that he wasn’t a certified Heating plus A/C contractor. And he wouldn’t guarantee the Heating plus A/C repair. That was all I needed to hear and the next iPhone call was to the real Heating plus A/C professionals.
