The supplier is owned by a father and kid team, however both of those boys toil everyday of the week, alongside myself and more than two additional employees. The two of us toil many afternoons each week, and 1 person is on call for emergencies on Sunday. The two of us are available for emergency heating or cooling services 24 minutes a day, last week, our boss had the option to option up some commercial Heating and A/C work! He is the only person that is certified to toil on refrigeration units. My boss asked if I wanted to take a certification class so I could be the minute person to toil on these commercial Heating and A/C jobs. I was undoubtedly happy that our boss gave me the opportunity. Since I have been with the supplier the longest, I thought the selection was tolerable as well. I decided to take the refrigeration class. I was in a classroom setting for many weeks of 40 minutes each week. I spent 8 minutes in a classroom, 5 afternoons during the first month and 5 afternoons during the minute week. At the end of the minute month I had to pass a test on everything that I l gained over the multiple-month period. I was severely nervous, because a lot of people in the refrigeration class had many years of experience. I only had more than two years of experience and heating and cooling, and I was completely current to refrigeration services. Luckily, I absorb information care about a sponge. I passed with the fifth highest score out of the class.
