I’m still not sure how I got this far into our adult life without knowing just how essential nice air quality is to our health and well being.

I mean, I’m almost in our 40’s and have owned our beach house for nearly a decade.

When the two of us obtained this house, I had to upgrade the Heating plus A/C machine as one of the first things. My wife and I spent a lot of time with the Heating plus A/C professionals learning about just what the two of us wanted when it came to our heating and cooling needs. The Heating plus A/C business was great with that. Every one of us met at the Heating plus A/C business a few times and then the Heating plus A/C business undoubtedly met us at the beach house as well. And in all that time with Heating plus A/C professionals, I didn’t ask or understand how essential air quality is. I recognize that has something to do with the fact that, in our mind, air pollution is outside and not inside. Of course, that’s not tplot at all as I would come to understand. There are so various synthetics in our homes that are releasing chemicals. Then you throw in pets and other airborne contaminants to make a legitimately potentially terrible air quality situation at home. Thankfully, once I was made aware of this, I was able to better the air quality with a fairly easy fix. The only air filters I have ever used were the cheapest I could find. Again, I just didn’t recognize any better. But those cheap air filters are designed to protect the health of the Heating plus A/C machine not our health. Yet, it was so easy to switch to the HEPA filter and improve the air quality of our home.
