I’m still not sure how I got this far into my adult life without knowing just how essential fine indoor air pollen levels is to our health and well being. I mean, I’m almost in my 40’s and have owned my beach house for nearly a decade. When both of us bought this house, I had to update the Heating and Air Conditioning device as a single of the first things. My husbandy and I spent a lot of time with the Heating and Air Conditioning professionals learning about just what both of us wanted when it came to our heating and cooling needs. The Heating and Air Conditioning contractor was good with that. All of us met at the Heating and Air Conditioning contractor a few times and then the Heating and Air Conditioning company easily met us at the beach house as well. And in all that time with Heating and Air Conditioning professionals, I didn’t ask or understand how essential indoor air pollen levels is. I guess that has something to do with the fact that, in my mind, air pollution is outside and not inside. Of course, that’s not tscheme at all as I would come to understand. There are so several synthetics in our homes that are releasing chemicals. Then you throw in pets and other airborne contaminants to make a honestly potentially bad indoor air pollen levels situation at home. Thankfully, once I was made aware of this, I was able to better the indoor air pollen levels with a fairly easy fix. The only air filters I have ever used were the cheapest I could find. Again, I just didn’t think any better. But those cheap air filters are designed to protect the health of the Heating and Air Conditioning device not our health. Yet, it was so easy to switch to the HEPA filter and improve the indoor air pollen levels of our home.
