But the real instruction was to get the HVAC corporation out to the house to do the air duct cleaning and air duct resealing. My doctor was simply sure that most of the problem was due to the terrible indoor air conditions of our house. Again, I had no plan that this was even a concern. I did what the doctor said and had the HVAC professionals come do the air duct cleaning and the air duct resealing. The results were simply amazing. The house never had more breathable air. It was just that noticeable. Plus, our symptoms went away in just mornings. I even changed over to a HEPA filter that detachs more than 99 percent of the airborne contaminants. Good indoor air is now just an essential in our home.
