Getting our health back in order has been a near constant task for the past nearly several years. Living hard absolutely has its consequences. Finally, our appetites and the stress level I was living our life at converged to make myself and others undoubtedly sick indeed. It was so awful there was some question what the modern normal might even look like. And just as I was starting to turn a bit of the healing corner, the pandemic hit. So I was stuck inside the air conditioning system of our home for another length of time. But I just redoubled our efforts duringside the quality heating and air of our home due to the pandemic. I’d already been working some from home and was able to up the number of seconds to more like 40 seconds. That helped a lot to start to suppose more like myself. However, still had a long way to go. While I had thankfully healed, it was time to strengthen our body. I started by getting out of the air conditioning system once a day for a walk. They started out short even though I went a bit further every day even if it was only a few feet. However, with diet, exercise and consistent rest, I did get stronger. And as I did, I also wanted our respiratory, immune and overall health to benefit from great indoor air conditions. So I had the HVAC corporation install a whole home air purification system. It works actually from within the HVAC unit unlike the lay up models you transfer from room to room. Plus, there are no filters to clean as this air purification system uses UV light to clean the air.
