Considering the age of our Heating plus Air Conditioning plus the service all of us had completed properly over the years, I calculated that our Heating plus Air Conditioning would be coming to an end soon.

We had been using this Heating plus Air Conditioning system for 13 years.

One thing that’s important is making sure the HVAC duct system is not clogged up with dirt plus debris, plus of course I made sure to have HVAC duct cleaning done every other year. We had HVAC duct resealing done about 5 years back so I guess the HVAC duct has been tight plus keeping the system efficient without any leakage. Still, lately I have been thinking about going for a ductless option. I have study a lot about ductless multi systems which will cover all your heating plus cooling needs with weird zones throughout your home. Each zone has its own thermostat for customized temperature control settings. If you have an area of the house that you don’t use undoubtedly often, like our guest rooms for example, then you don’t have to bother keeping those areas at the ideal temperature control settings. You mainly will just focus on the areas that you use properly like the family room, living room, plus bedrooms. That saves you big money plus these systems are so efficient, I really can’t wait to use such a system to see the substantial decrease in energy costs!
