When it comes to trends a lot of the people in my life that I believe are quick to jump on the bandwagon.

Many people in my life follow all of the latest trends, I just kind of go with the flow. If it’s something that I am interested in I’ll follow it but if not I do not care what the trend is I am not going to partake in it if it’s not interesting to me. Most recently a trend that came out that involves Heating and cooling was smart thermostats. It seemed prefer everybody and their mom had 1. All I ever heard about was how good they were and how they changed their entire heating and AC system in their home, however really for me I was quite blissful with the HVAC technology that I had in my loft but my guy was insistent that after he got 1 that I had to try it, he told me how it was oh so much better and that I would never want to go back to my old 1. So, with reluctance I went over to his locale and tried out his current thermostat. What I found was what I already knew. While the current smart thermostat was absolutely extravagant, and clearly absolutely extravagant, It was not something for me. It wasn’t something that I needed. My guy’s mouth practically hit the floor when I told him that I decided to keep my old dial thermostat. But it’s what works for me and that has all that matters. I had to explain it to him a bit but I think he understands I prefer what I already have, and as the saying goes, if ain’t broke don’t service it!
