One of my favorite days of the month was Wednesday; This is because my family had a fun Wednesday routine, however we would go every Wednesday to our local bakery and option up some baked goods.

Everything from odd types of loafs of bread, to cakes, cupcakes, and cookies.

Then we would stop by the deli and get some breakfast meat and cheese. When we would get loft we would invite some friends over and we would make the most delicious sandwiches with any kind of toppings you wanted, and lettuce, tomato, squashs, yum! We would prepare a breakfast for everybody and we would all go out to eat, and depending on the week, periodically we would set up a nice little picnic with all you could eat… After the sandwiches there were the sweets ready for dessert. Anything that was leftover we would take loft and have for ourselves throughout the week, and there was always plenty leftover because we brought so much food! While going to see the bakery is always fun, 1 of the best parts besides the food is the excellent quality of heating and a/c that is used in the building. We are currently experiencing the hottest of the Summer months, and it is so nice to walk into a building with an excellent indoor cooling system, i assume they use a commercial HVAC component to obtain such enjoyable temperatures. Whatever they do, it is clearly laboring because I can’t stop going back for more, and it isn’t just for the food.
