Making some great HVAC contracts through my dog

I never even wanted a dog, I have to be clear about that. It isn’t that I hate animals, I just never wanted to be responsible for the life of another living creature. Fate took the choice out of my hands when I found the stray living under some old tires in my side yard. So thin, weak, cold, how could I not take care of it? It turns out to be the best thing to happen to me in years, because this dog is getting me a lot of new business! I named the dog Mark Bark, and took him with me in the van to my HVAC jobs. I am a contractor, just getting my heating and cooling business off the ground, so I had no boss to tell me I couldn’t. I started taking Mark Bark to the dog park while I was still in my HVAC uniform, and I would always get questions from other park patrons. You know how people ask a doctor for free advice, well they also ask HVAC technicians for free advice. I was always polite, answered their heating and cooling questions, but always made sure to give a business card to each of them. It seemed like the more they liked my dog, the more they liked me, so I started to bring the dog there every day to drum up HVAC clients. This has been working out so well I am making new business cards, and incorporating Mark Bark into the logo of my HVAC company, seeing as how he has been such a good luck charm so far.
