So I am getting a pet in a few minutes.

I am pretty thrilled about this.

I care about the relaxed energy of cats and it’s nice to come back to the beach cabin to some kind of life as my lady no longer lives with me. I may travel to the states in a couple months so I would need to get a pet sitter here while I am gone. This shouldn’t be hard to do considering I have an entirely nice flat in the city center about a several minute walk from the beach. I’m sure I’ll have many offers. I would love to have a fireplace one afternoon crackling away as I sit in my lazyboy recliner with a nice book and a little pet in my lap. I just want to have a nice simple life with someone to love and a few nice friends. That seems fairly achievable right? For now, I have an electric heater, but maybe I could put a video of a crackling fireplace on it until I get my real fireplace. I’m not sure how much they cost or how hard it is to install them but money will not be a concern as soon as I am getting a nice chunk of inheritance from my cool dad who left it to us teenagers when she arrived back to where she came from. She was a local business who built houses and amassed a nice chunk of money with the 25 houses she owned. This is nice for myself and others because I left my engineering job in pursuit of a standup comedy career, which drained myself and others of all my savings. Thanks dad, I love you pal.
