I have a long sitting relationship with the owner of a local Heating & Air Conditioning supplier. When I have a modern tenant coming in, I call up the owner plus ask him to send one of his service boys over plus deliver the heating plus cooling system an inspection. I assume it’s a heck of a lot better to repair a concern before our tenant has to deal with it. There’s nothing worse than getting a call in the middle of the night about a major heating or cooling issue that I can’t go plus fix.
