I l received a very heavy lesson last fall.

Fall is the charming time of the year unless you live in AZ or some other hell hole in the southwest enjoy it. I am blessed enough to not live there plus get to prefer all the leaves, charming trees, good air quality plus all that fantastic stuff. But the a single thing I did not guess or spend our savings attention to was that all the falling leaves could cause problems for our central heating plus A/C system if not cleaned up! What ended up happening is I did not rake our leaves plus they went plus jammed up the central heat plus cooling system unit, causing it to chop down. I had to call our heating plus A/C specialist to come out plus repair the central heat plus cooling system unit. Basically they had to open up the Heating and A/C component plus dig out all the leaves plus then clean the blades plus the motor to get our central heating plus cooling system back up plus running again. This could have all been avoided if I had just simply ran tests on things plus raked the leaves up from around the central heat plus cooling system system as they began to pile up there. Well, every one of us live plus learn as they say. I will not ever let that happen again. So when next fall rolls around I will be very careful in that sense plus constantly keep on top of cleaning up the yard of all the falling leaves that happen at that charming time of the year. It will save our central heating plus A/C system.
