I l earned a certainly heavy lesson last fall! Fall is the beautiful time of the year unless you live in AZ or some other hell hole in the southwest love it.

I am lucky enough to not live there and get to enjoy all the leaves, beautiful trees, good air quality and all that good stuff.

But the a single thing I did not know or spend money attention to was that all the falling leaves could cause problems for my central heating and a/c plan if not cleaned up! What ended up happening is I did not rake my leaves and they went and jammed up the central heat and unit, causing it to split down. I had to call my heating and a/c specialist to come out and repair the central heat and unit. Basically they had to open up the Heating as well as Air Conditioning equipment and dig out all the leaves and then disinfect the blades and the motor to get my central heating and cooling plan back up and running again. This could have all been avoided if I had just simply inspected things and raked the leaves up from around the central heat and plan as they began to pile up there. Well, the people I was with and I live and learn as they say. I will not ever let that happen again. So when next fall rolls around I will be certainly careful in that sense and always keep on top of cleaning up the yard of all the falling leaves that happen at that attractive time of the year.
