In just a few nights I will reach our 10th birthday working for the heating and A/C supplier that I work for.

At this point I am supposed to get a pay raise… Every 5 years as long as you work taxing and good they give you a raise.

And in a few nights I will be getting another raise. The last one I got at this heating and A/C supplier was 5 years ago and I remember it well. I was so glad to have got it because of all the taxing work I had put in. And yet again, it is time for that taxing work to pay off some more! This time the raise is going to be much better than 5 years ago since the heating and A/C supplier has advanced so much and become much greater. They can now afford a higher raise. This heating and A/C supplier has been around about 15 years, so I had come on board when they were pretty new. Getting here from the beginning gives myself and others an upper hand because many of the other heating and A/C workers I knew in the beginning have long moved on and now either are independent heat and a/c corporations or went to work for greater heating and cooling companies. I stuck around, and they appreciate that. This is one of the reasons I believe I am getting a rather large raise compared to the last one 5 years ago. I am legitimately glad about this!
