You know, a small change in the household can make a lasting impression on friends and family that visit you.

Every couple of years, I would make some change at my house.

One year, I decided to repaint the walls and ceilings of the house, to change up the tones and create a more comfortable and cozy feel within my home. The next “small change” came when I had my air conditioning system upgraded to an evaporative cooling system. That proved to be a big hit, as the evaporative cooling system would work to cool down the entire house while adding some humidity to the air. This resulted in a much more comfortable air quality within my home! Finally, my most recent change to the house was the improvement of my heating system. Historically, I relied on a simple convection heating system to keep the house warm during the brief winters here. I grew tired of that electric furnace, as it seemed to make a slight dent at best when it came to keeping me warm at night. So, I decided to switch things up and invest in a boiler system instead. The boiler system worked much like the evaporative cooling system did, in the sense that it would add some humidity to the air while also warming the house. This was a major hit with all of the guests at my house, as they ranted and raved about how warm and inviting it always felt in my home. I’m telling you, it’s the small changes that really add up!
