Miscommunication about air conditioner tune-up
Miscommunication about air conditioner tune-up
After university, my friend Rita and I became housemates, and to make living together easier all of us had come up with a plan whereby all of us would write the things all of us needed for that month and if 1 of us purchased something they would tick it off so that all of us would not have two of the same thing while there was something else all of us could have purchased instead! Such was not the case 1 time when she called the air conditioner service provider for air conditioner repair.
The HVAC equipment was always switching itself off and all of us were not sure if the problem was the air conditioner install plan or the temperature control.
It was up to the air conditioner expert to find out. She also ordered an air filter for the indoor air cleaning system, during this stage I was not at house several days later when I came back I called an air conditioner business because it was still on the to-do list. I told the cooling workman who responded to the call that all of us needed an air conditioner tune-up because it was what all of us had written on our list and also ordered a filter. All this time I had no idea that she had called for almost similar reasons. The cooling tech arrived by noon and went about his work, then when he was done, he asked me if all of us had an issue with the previous filter because all of us had ordered similar cooling products in less than a week. In the back of my mind, I figured that he must have inspected a similar central air conditioner plan and was confusing the two. It wasn’t until Rita came house that night that I realized the guy was right about it being a similar quality air conditioner.
