My fiance plus I do the snowbird thing, however every one of us go down south right before Christmas plus stick around until may.

That way all of us get the best of both worlds.

I will admit, I love my little beach home more than my northern home. I love having a small home to care for plus clean. It makes everything so simple. I love that I can just walk out my door plus hit the water. I love the weather plus the relaxation. The beach home is not as great of a home as my northern one though. There are lots of problems with it. I have needed to scrape popcorn ceilings plus update drywall. I also needed to update electric plus plumbing parts. I am eager to get a current Heating and Air Conditioning system. Everytime my fiance plus I go down south the device is totally frozen solid. I read online it is because the AC is filled with dust plus over works itself. I talked to a Heating and Air Conditioning contractor about it plus she told myself and others I should use the AC until it won’t run anymore, however she says I can get another few years out of it. I dislike taking a hair dryer plus melting the block of ice. I dislike mucking out the condensate drain plus getting rid of all the dust. I very want a current cooling system so I don’t have to worry about it. My fiance is giddy every year all of us get out of it. It makes our fantastic southern vacation not as fun. I don’t want to mess around with AC repairs everytime I visit.
