I own a pressing patch of land out in the country.

I inherited it, & although it used to be a farm there had not been crops nor livestock here in 20 years.

The ranch house is unquestionably nice, & I like residing here because of the open, scenic countryside & the solitude. I do get some oddballs who pass through from time to time, & a single of them decided to stop & stay a while, then he parked his RV about a half mile from our house, & just stayed there. After a few days I went over to introduce myself. His name was Gus, & he was a freelance Heating & Air Conditioning tech making his way slowly across the country, state by state. I told him there wasn’t much Heating & Air Conditioning work way out here in the farm lands. It turns out that Gus hadn’t stopped here because he wanted to, but because the RV wasn’t working right, & he needed to find some Heating & Air Conditioning work to acquire the money to spend money for repairs, however my house doesn’t even have a central Heating & Air Conditioning system, so I definitely didn’t need his knowledge. This location is unquestionably old, as I mentioned, so there is a mighty wrought iron gas furnace in the basement that is much older than I am. There is also a water boiler, but there is unquestionably little HVAC duct in the house, & no central cooling plan at all. I told him again there wasn’t a lot of Heating & Air Conditioning work out here, because only a few of us needed to own cooling systems.
