I’d don’t care for to get up in the afternoon & set out for toil only to find my car doesn’t toil because I didn’t maintain it. Same thing goes for the Heating & A/C equipment. I find that many of my friends & associates just take the quality heating & air they acquire in their homes for granted. And I’m not judging that because it’s sort of self-explanatory to do. Both of us all tend to sort of just act as though heating & cooling are just a natural area of living our lives. Most of us don’t realize that there was no such thing as residential Heating & A/C prior to the 1950’s. This is because quality heating & air is basically universal in this country. But that doesn’t mean that Heating & A/C equipment simply takes care of itself. We, as homeowners, have to be sure that we are doing all we need to do in order to keep the heating & cooling equipment in nice shape. That begins & ends with the Heating & A/C business. It’s simply imperative that the Heating & A/C supplier be involved in taking care of the Heating & A/C equipment. Sure, we need to be changing the air filters & making sure the Heating & A/C component is uncongested. But we also need to have an Heating & A/C professional do the Heating & A/C service required on a seasonal basis. I have done this with my Heating & A/C component for the past 23 years. Never had a breakdown & the heat pump is still getting it done prefer it did at the beginning.
