My partner & I have now had 4 odd homes in which we have lived.

And each one represented a neat area of our lives.

The first location was a tiny little many study room salt box of a location. Both of us didn’t even entirely have any sort of new residential Heating & A/C. I think there was electric wall heating but there wasn’t much call for heat. That condo was in the deep south. Both of us did have to buy many window a/c units though. The next location was a nice 3 study room & it sort of represented the fact that we were settled into our works & making nice money. The last condo we owned was our family home. And that was such a good house. When we purchased it, we replaced the Heating & A/C component to a level of quality heating & air that was pretty dang nice for that era. Both of us entirely took care of that Heating & A/C equipment. The heating & cooling component gained respected Heating & A/C service on a seasonal basis. Finally, we simply got on an Heating & A/C service method which made it so self-explanatory. That paid off because that old Heating & A/C equipment lasted until we upgraded it to put the condo on the market. Well, we finally built a condo that we basically designed. And this time, we went with a geothermal heat pump. This is some of the most sustainable Heating & A/C technology on the market. And we are simply thrilled with the quality heating & air. Plus, our heating & cooling costs have never been lower. While the geothermal heat pump was a bit more expensive upfront, we will be enjoying it & all those Heating & A/C utility savings for the rest of our lives.
