Our commissioner of police and I were family friends.
The commissioner and I grew up together as our mothers were wonderful friends.
She knew that I was a professional with a lake house services business. The commissioner contacted me requesting that I go assess her up-to-date unit. She had just become a new parent and needed the A/C unit at the lake house to be as efficient and effective as possible. A look at the up-to-date unit revealed that it was too outdated to be as effective as a current A/C would have been. My team and I determined that a current heating & A/C system would be the best possible solution. I thought a heat pump with ductwork would fit entirely well with the needs of the commissioner and her family. My professionals handled the cooling set up and ensured that the duct sealing was done officially to avoid the vents coming undone and causing a bigger calamity. There was a small baby in the lake house that obviously has a low immune system sp we incorporated the HEPA filter onto the unit to help sieve out all the harmful pollutants from the house. The commissioner already had new temperature control even though he had commanded that he get a voice controlled programmable thermostat. This weather conditions control would help when they got too tied up with the small baby. I gave the commissioner a heating, ventilation & A/C repair plan for the residential A/C in order to officially manage the unit. Most commercial HVAC suppliers offer free A/C service for the first session. It was a no-brainer to offer this complimentary repair to the commissioner. The small baby was already keeping them busy so it was until later when we met to celebrate the birth.
