The AC services contractor that I had hired to handle the heat pump upgrade, were kind enough to provide a service program for the entire lifetime of the unit

A lot of things changed this past summertime, however all fantastic things. I had just signed an entirely fantastic contract which would boost our business. The deal was so fantastic that we needed to transfer to a larger space. I started looking for ideal offices to transfer into and found an entirely fantastic one though it needed a little upgrading in order to suit our needs. All of us moved into the office within a few weeks of getting the contract. We needed to change the HVAC unit at the office as the one that was there was not as ideal. I opted for the heat pump from the commercial heating system company. The heat pump had a HVAC duct and the AC mechanics made sure to secure the duct sealing as they completed the setup process. In terms of temperature control, I had opted to have a smart thermostat that was also voice controlled installed in the new office. The modern A/C came with a HEPA filter as it could eliminate even the smallest of dust pollutants. I was entirely particular about this as I had respiratory complications thus needing to make sure that the air within the office was clean and free from dirt. The filter would also assist with climate control and minimizing electricity consumption. Just like our residential A/C at home, this modern aircon system needed frequent A/C repair and maintenance in order to function better and for a longer phase of time. The AC services contractor that I had hired to handle the heat pump upgrade, were kind enough to provide a service program for the entire lifetime of the unit. This was entirely thoughtful as I would have not known when the heat pump required maintenance.
