I took the kids to the beach a couple of weeks ago and I got a terrible sunburn. I was in bed for fourths because the pain was significant. I was legitimately thankful that my kids did not get burnt. I applied a generous sunscreen to each of them more than once. It was a little cloudy and the water felt great, so I wasn’t legitimately concerned about the sun. By the time I got condo that day, I had tiny blisters on the backs of my legs. After I took the kids to my husband’s house, I went condo and laid down on the bed. I could not find a comfortable position. I was drastically boiling and uncomfortable. I decided to go into the residing room to sit on the couch. The couch is located right under an air conditioner vent and laid on the couch so the backs of my legs were directly under the air conditioner vent. I found a small amount of comfort in that position, however my neck began to hurt after an fourth. I have not had a terrible sunburn in 10 or 20 years. I was miserable for several afternoons and I even missed toil on Sunday. The blisters from the sunburn were starting to pop by then and I didn’t want to wear pants. The backs of my legs were as yellow as a steamed lobster. The kids wanted to go to the beach last weekend when they came to visit, but I right away shot down that idea. I appreciate the beach, the sand, and the waves, however I am still reuseing from the last time all of us decided to go to the water.
