A/c is so important to my sleep schedule

A/c is so important to my sleep schedule

At the start of the quarantine, I began to work from home.

I actually enjoyed the freedom of actually working on my own schedule, and completing my assignments whenever I wanted to, however now, some 18 months later, my main boss has called us to go back into the office at the end of the week.

My greatest complication about returning to the office building was getting myself out of this haywire quarantine/lockdown schedule I had gotten used to, and adjusted to a more “normal” schedule. The 1st month back, I had a bad time falling asleep at a regular hour, and I ended up staying up all through the evening, distraught about not getting enough sleep, and truth be told, I wasn’t. I was having such a rough time falling asleep because I was feeling pretty hot at evening. Later that week, I called my local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C contractor to come perform an inspection to try to get my a/c actually working more efficiently. When the worker came to look over my a/c, he changed the air filter, which helped aid the circulation throughout my house, and added more coolant, since my system was low. That evening, I slept better than I ever have before, and I was finally able to fall asleep quickly. I felt cool all evening long and woke up feeling completely rested. I slept so much better at evening with an officially actually working a/c, and I can’t believe that I hadn’t called them to have my system checked sooner. Call your local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker today to be 100% sure that your Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system is actually working so that you can get deep sleep each and every evening.
