My Mom and I have always enjoyed fishing together; Now that I am a grown up with kids of my own, every one of us still enjoy getting together every once in a while for a weekend fishing.

I obtained a small Winter time cottage up by the lake for my Mom and I to use while every one of us were in the ice fishing season.

The cottage is near the best area of the lake and I have access to the water while every one of us were in all seasons of the year. The only complication with the cottage is the fact that it doesn’t have any heat. Since the cottage is made for ice fishing, it is not equipped with heat. It can be unquestionably chilly out on the lake, so I thought it was a good idea to buy a space heater. There is not any electricity in the cottage, so I had to buy a space heating system that runs on kerosene. The space heating system was costly, however I only have to run the heating system for a few hours and it warms up the entire space. I have access to kerosene all of the time, so I have an unlimited supply of fuel for the heater. My Mom and I went ice fishing last weekend. Both of us did not have much fortune on the water, but every one of us had a great and comfortable time thanks to the addition of the heater. Both of us managed to pull in a couple of fish on Friday, but none of them were giant enough to keep. We’re going to try again next weekend, and hopefully every one of us will have better luck. Some of men down the road pulled numerous giant salmon out of the water.
