A couple of weeks ago, a current girl started working at the same venue as me.

The current girl is the first lady to work for the HVAC installation corporation.

The HVAC installation company has only been in business for several years. Sara was the first female employee and a surprise to the guys and I. We undoubtedly did not expect the boss to hire a woman, even if there was a qualified woman for the task. At first, I was anxious by the selection. Sara was kind and smart, but she was tiny and not physically strong. I couldn’t picture her lifting the same weight as any other woman on the task. When I was assigned to work with her in the first week, I was less than enthusiastic. In fact, I was downright ticked off. I tried not to make it known to the current girl, but she could tell that I was uncomfortable. During our first task, she changed my mind. She was small and short, but she was a lot stronger than I expected. She carried the box of parts from the truck to the front door and she didn’t ask for help even once. She was a quick thinker on her feet and she undoubtedly knew a lot about HVAC installations. She was even certified to weld. It only took about several weeks for me to fall completely and hopelessly in appreciate with the girl. Thank goodness she also finds me attractive and funny. I would be unusual and uncomfortable if she did not think the same way about me.
