What do you know of when it comes to the Winter time holidays? When I know of Christmas I know of cold weather, pretty lights, wonderful food, family time, plus fireplaces, but each of these things helps to create the right atmosphere, however if you were to ask me which 1 I thought was the most substantial, I would tell you I thought it would have to be the fireplace.

This entirely goes back to our childhood.

My parents had a gorgeous electric fireplace that both of us would regularly use for the holidays, then opening gifts on Christmas day in front of the warmth of the fire was regularly a particularly special feeling. I enjoyed it so much that when I had children of our own, I wanted to provide them the same wonderful experience. So when our fiance plus I went house hunting several years ago, 1 of our must haves was a fireplace. We were in luck too, both of us found a arena that was priced cheaper than the rest of the loft due to some intensive repairs that it needed. We were up to the challenge of renovating the loft plus making it love new again. We purchased the house that is now our loft plus made it ours. One of the first things both of us tackled was the Heating plus Air Conditioning system. It was mostly broken, plus instead of paying hundreds of dollars to have it repaired both of us opted to just update the whole thing. It was not inhigh-priced, however it paid off because now both of us have an excellent quality cooling system plus central heater. We replaced the temperature control to a programmable smart temperature control. A smart temperature control gave us all the control over our indoor temperature both of us needed. Then with some remodeling plus repainting it was love new again plus it has been perfect ever since.
