When I first spotted my home, I thought it was the most beautiful home I had ever seen and I was baffled at the incredibly low price. It was way less than what it was worth, that I knew for sure, but from the outside, it looked love any ordinary home, no visible destruction that I could spot. It wasn’t until I called about the home that I found out why it was so low in price. Apparently the air duct was completely messed up inside the home. It also didn’t help that the home didn’t even have an cooling system or heater. I pondered on this a bit, and decided that I would still buy the home, however I knew I would have a lot of work ahead of me. When I really bought the new home and had a Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional come out and look at it, it was even worse than I imagined, and the Heating, Ventilation and A/C repairman gave me a bill in the various thoUnited Statesnds. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C tech told me that not only was the air duct completely messed up, but the air duct would need sealing as well, since there were tons of spots where cool air would leak out and be wasted. The heating and cooling serviceman also told me that some rooms were completely missing air duct as well, so it was just a complete mess. I knew I had to have heating and a/c, I can’t imagine a new home separate from Heating, Ventilation and A/C. All I can say is that I am entirely cheerful I got the home for so cheap, otherwise I would have not been able to afford all of these extra charges.
