Ever since I moved in with my girlfriend, I have been unable to get any sleep, however i love this man but she has some easily challenging habits; She snores loudly and she enjoys the indoor temperature to be set at 60 degrees, and at first she told me she would only turn down the thermostat after I have already fallen asleep so that it would not frighten me, and the concern was, if her snoring doesn’t wake me up the cold does.

The cold air gives me a sore throat and then the rest of the afternoon I don’t guess too well, then my girlfriend is a good guy, and she apologized because she didn’t want me to get sick or have restless mornings, and so the people I was with and I sat down to discuss what the people I was with and I should do! Both of us agreed to purchase a various sided temperature controlled bed.

This way she could have her cold side, and I could have my sizzling side! When it came to our normal central heating and cooling unit, the people I was with and I decided to meet in the middle by having it set to 78 degrees. This system worked out good for us and I have not had any concerns falling asleep since the people I was with and I started. I fixed the snoring concern too, I went to bed with a small pair of ear plugs and I have slept love a baby since then. It has helped our energy costs too. By having the Heating, Ventilation and A/C system set a room temperature instead of the cold rapidly changing temperatures the people I was with and I were using the a/c machine less and less and that saved us money.
