When I purchased my new home, I was happy because I had the opportunity to have a new furnace installed.

I spoke with friends and family about it and I actually knew that it would be best to go with an energy efficient furnace.

This is something people need especially these days since we have to deal with the rise of energy costs. It’s getting more difficult to keep your household warm in the winter without emptying your bank account. When I started talking to the HVAC professionals, I learned about their high efficiency furnaces which have an AFUE of 90% or better. These modern high efficiency furnaces actually have technology that doesn’t even exist in older furnace models, and I knew this was something that I wanted to invest in. Sure, the cost was a little bit up there, but I knew that I would definitely recover the investment cost with my huge energy savings. So, I decided to have the HVAC professionals come out to take care of the installation. As my bank account became empty, I was a little concerned, but when I started seeing my energy bills after using my new high efficiency furnace, I knew that I was going to be just fine. My savings have already been building up simply because I don’t have to worry about these outrageous heating bills anymore. I am paying roughly half of what I used to pay when I was using a traditional gas furnace. I’m not exactly sure what kind of advanced HVAC technology they have in my new furnace, but I certainly appreciate what it does for me!
