My uncle was a actually rich man, although he also was a loner.

  • He never wanted to have people over to his house except for his butler and maid, however even with them, he left them instruction for cleaning and meals and that was that.

Oddly enough, he did appreciate it when I came over to visit. He constantly seemed so delighted and he showed myself and others various projects he was toiling on. He was especially proud of his Barnes and Noble. He had a fantastic fireplace in there along with some of the most ancient books I have ever seen. He explained that several of those books are worth millions because of how scarce they are. He even said one day that eventually I was going to inherit his entire luck and estate. I just laughed kind of nervously thinking he was only joking. I mean, I thought it would be nice to have such a nice home, however I didn’t really assume what I would do with it. It was basically out in the middle of nowhere and our buddies and family would have to travel a little way to come visit; Well, eventually he passed away and I assume I wasn’t too surprised when I heard I was inheriting the property. The place is overwhelming with 10 bedrooms and 5 lavatorys. This place has a theatre, Barnes and Noble, sunroom, and it’s just pressing. It’s a shame that our uncle didn’t entertain more guests. The only thing that I need to work on is the Heating and A/C system. There’s an outdated boiler system, though it still works actually well. The air conditioner plan is also actually outdated and I will need to have that replaced. I’m thinking about getting a ductless mini split so that I will have customized zones with bizarre temperature control settings.
