When we stepped out of the shower, I looked at the machine

My girlfriend and I went camping last weekend. We packed up our car with the tent and a cooler and we headed over to the state park. We picked our own site, so we found a place that was shaded on all three sides.My girlfriend and I spent an hour setting up our tent. It was a very nice day. The sun was shining and the sky didn’t have a single cloud. It was about 85 degrees during the day, but the breeze made the weather feel much cooler. After we were finished setting up the tent, we decided to go to the bath house to take a shower. When we opened the door, we were hit with a hot stream of air. There was a radiant heater above the sink and it was running. My girlfriend’s adjusted the dial on the heater so the heater was off. We turned on the hot water and started to take a shower. About 5 minutes after we started the shower, I heard that heater come on again. I thought I was going crazy, especially since my girlfriend turned the heater off before we got into the shower. I heard the sound the whole time that we were in the shower. When we stepped out of the shower, I looked at the machine. The radiant heater was running, even though the dial was in the off position. Both of us were a little freaked out, especially when we noticed the heater wasn’t plugged into the wall either. We didn’t go back to that bathhouse the rest of the weekend.
