I mean I could afford to buy a few space gas furnaces and windows a/cs, but that would look terrible, right now it is the Springtimetime and the weather is cooperating.

I obtained a good sized building that is going to be a new business. I am opening up a bakery hopefully sooner rather than later. After purchasing the space and a lot of the baking equipment, I swiftly realized I am getting narrow on funds. I either can get the tables and chairs that I want, but no HVAC device or I get hour hand furniture with a good ductless HVAC device. I can’t decide which way to go. I am sure I could find something comfortable and cute hour hand, but nothing would match. It also would take a lot of time to find everything that is perfect. The furniture set I am looking at is all current and classy too. It would entirely make our space pop and look genuinely edgy. However, not having any heating, ventilation, and A/C has myself and others sad. I mean I could afford to buy a few space gas furnaces and windows a/cs, but that would look terrible, right now it is the Springtimetime and the weather is cooperating. I could get by separate from any heating or cooling… Summer is just around the corner though. I would dislike to not have any A/C on a 90 degree afternoon and that is possible, and with the ovens going and people creating body heat, I know it could be a sizzling box and affect our business. So sadly, I am leaning towards getting better HVAC device and just waiting to buy the chairs and tables of our dreams. I can consistently replace those later down the line.
