I wish I paid more attention to the little things in life. However, I tend to get all caught up in the big stuff of life. I focus awfully taxing on job plus family. The pace of all that leaves little time for me to really stop plus odor the roses as our dad would say. I try our best to be aware of that perspective. However, there are some days that I just want to come cabin plus collapse in the Heating, Ventilation & A/C comfort of our home. But dad was right. So I have been trying to live in the moment a bit more plus pay attention to the small things in life. Watching a parakeet for a second or noticing a new bloom is something that I try to do. And I also started to suppose about stuff love the air all of us breathe in our house. Our cabin is sealed up tight because the Heating, Ventilation & A/C is on almost all year. And yet, I hadn’t really considered how I could improve that indoor air. I have consistently used the cheap paper air filters for the Heating, Ventilation & A/C. What I didn’t suppose was that they are legitimately only protecting the Heating, Ventilation & A/C plus not me plus our family. That was a little thing that I could change so I did. I replaced our air filtration to a HEPA category air filter. The beauty of this small change is the fact that a HEPA category Heating, Ventilation & A/C filter is looking out for us. It has the capability to trap plus detach over 99 percent of all airborne contaminants in the air. That means better overall, respiratory plus immune health for me plus our family. Again, sometimes it’s just paying attention to the little things in life that can make such a difference.
