I have a few character flaws.

Depending on who you talk to, it might be more than a few.

But I’m an optimist. Certainly there are aspects of myself that I would like to change. And one of those is the fact that I just don’t read instruction, warranties or pay a whole lot of attention to the great print. I’ve been this way all of our life plus it has cost me. Thankfully, I have a partner who reads everything plus sometimes twice. My fiance legitimately saved me from voiding the Heating, Ventilation & A/C warranty. And guy am I ever grateful otherwise I could have cost us thoUSAnds of dollars. Both of us came cabin late one Tuesday night to a legitimately frosty house. Both of us never turn off the Heating, Ventilation & A/C when all of us are away so it was a surprise. I tried to get the oil furnace to fire up plus it would get close but would nearly immediately shut right off. Since it was Tuesday night plus I didn’t want to pay the emergency repair fee, I took a closer look. Of course, I should have simply called the Heating, Ventilation & A/C people. However, upon closer inspection, I found a switch that was completely burned out. It was simple to detach plus I figured I could make it to the hardware store before it closed. My fiance stopped me. While I was tinkering around with the oil furnace, she was studying the warranty. And it clearly stated that any repair done on the Heating, Ventilation & A/C had to be done by a certified professional. So had I tried the repair plus it failed, I would have voided the Heating, Ventilation & A/C warranty.
