You would think that I would have l received with my past a/c, but I guess I haven’t.

• In my previous house, I had a perfectly functioning a/c, then well, since I enjoy to have my a/c blasting at all hours, I would turn it up as much as possible & leave it running 24/7, without any breaks.

It turns out this is genuinely terrible for it, & my HVAC component only lasted a few more years after that. Well, I was moving anyway so that didn’t problem myself and others all that much, the current owners will get stuck with the broken cooling unit. When I moved in with my wifey, she also had a wonderful HVAC machine! Unluckyly, I provided it the same treatment as my previous HVAC, but my wifey questioned myself and others & asked myself and others if that was even healthy for the oil furnace & a/c. I assured her that it would be fine, as I genuinely thought that it would happen twice in a row. I guess I enjoy to learn the hard way, because guess what happened? Yep, it broke, again. When searching up potential reasons, my wifey became pretty mad when she saw that running all of the time was a single of the reasons to have a heating & cooling component split early… Now, she’s banned myself and others from all HVAC responsibilities, she’s now decided she will make all of the decisions from there on, which I find kind of frustrating, and but admittedly, I kind of have a track record for splitting things, so I can’t genuinely say I blame her either.
