I’ll tell you, I never expected to work at a nursing home, but that’s where I ended up working.

I started as just a cleaning woman plus then all of us got to assume a lot of the residents there.

Most of these people were fantastic plus I even l received a few things from numerous of the people. I have heard some pretty amazing stories plus it’s interesting to me to see the different preferences of temperature control settings. A lot of the residences are regularly feeling cold so they love the heating system to be cranked up. They have a ductless mini split system in the nursing condo with an Heating, Ventilation & A/C component in each room; Every single resident has their own thermostat so they can adjust the temperature control settings to their liking. This is one of the main features I believe that gets people to want to stay at the nursing home, and don’t get me wrong, the staff members are great plus the building is really comfortable. The residents are taken care of officially plus I believe everyone like working at the nursing home. I ended up going to school to become an LPN so that I could do more for the patients at the nursing home. The money was so much better too. If I like doing this work as I transfer forward, I will be going for my RN next plus then all of us will be easily comfortable with my finances. Then I will be able to afford the radiant radiant floors that I regularly wanted.
