When my sister got married, she moved to another part of the country.

I didn’t visit her very frequently until I was living with my husband.

We had enough money to travel and my sister was only a plane ride away. We went to visit a couple of times and we always had a lot of fun. My sister took us to visit the museums and the art galleries and she cooked us dinner every night. After four years of marriage, my sister decided to call it quits. She moved out of the house and she came back home. My sister needed a place to stay, so my hubby and I let her move into our house. We had an extra bedroom and I knew my sister would help out with groceries and the electric bill. My sister stayed with us for exactly two weeks before she decided to leave and go to a hotel. She wasn’t happy with the indoor air quality in our home. She wanted us to keep the thermostat settings at 68 degrees all day and all night. I told my sister that we couldn’t afford to run the AC like that. A couple of times I came home from work and she had the AC set to a very low temperature. I tried to reason with my sister, but she was being difficult. I told her that she had to follow the rules in my house. Instead of compromising, she decided to move to a hotel instead. She has been living in the hotel for the past three months, but it looks like she might return to her husband.
