Our hard work being recognised as part of the heating and cooling department
As long as we can keep up to date with more about HVAC and respond to client needs promptly and updating them on the latest development of HVAC technology as I have been, then I am satisfied with my work
I enjoy my job and hardly get in anyone’s way. My objective is to report to work, accomplish my assigned tasks for the day successfully then go back home. Our company recognizes every employee’s effort and encourages a healthy working environment. Lately, the heating and cooling department has been getting almost all the accolades. The manager believes that we have been doing an impeccable job of responding fast to inquiries, deliveries, and services well and professionally. As an HVAC serviceman, I thought I owed it to clients to get the best HVAC installation, the best HVAC maintenance, and value for money from their air conditioner service plan. I also consider it reasonable to inform my clients if their central air conditioning has the recommended seer ratings or not, and what they can do about it. Most customers are not always ready to buy a new HVAC system considering the cost of HVAC products for sale. They believe that so long as there are no major hitches with the quality air conditioner, they can rely on repeat maintenance for as long as they are covered with an air conditioner service plan before they can consider budgeting for new systems. Smaller equipment such as air purifiers and replacement parts such as filters are easy to work around especially if they are portable units. As long as we can keep up to date with more about HVAC and respond to client needs promptly and updating them on the latest development of HVAC technology as I have been, then I am satisfied with my work. No reward or other form of recognition matches the appreciation I get from listening to the satisfied sentiments of my customers.
