Why didn't they tell myself and others it wasn't free?
Why didn't they tell myself and others it wasn't free?
When I was experiencing some trouble with the AC, I called a local Heating and Air Conditioning repair dealer to make an appointment.
I didn’t think what was wrong with the component and I didn’t think if I had enough currency to repair the AC.
I only wanted to get an bid for the work, so I called the repair dealer. The lady on the iphone that helps myself and others make an appointment did not tell myself and others that there was going to be a charge for the estimate. I assumed that it would be free. After the serviceman completed the evaluation on my AC, he told myself and others that it was going to cost $550 to make the repairs. I told them that I could not afford to make those repairs at this time, and I thanked the guy for coming over to look at the system. He handed myself and others a bill for $99 and he expected myself and others to pay it with my debit card. I told the guy that I thought it was a free bid and he told myself and others that nothing in life is free. That made myself and others actually frustrated and mad and I decided to call the Heating and Air Conditioning dealer. I spoke to the same person that helped myself and others make an appointment. He apologized for not stating that there was a fee for the estimate, however she told myself and others that I had to pay the bill. I politely and firmly told the person that I didn’t have $99 to pay the fee. I told the person on the iphone and the Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman that they could build myself and others if they wanted to get the currency.
