For some reason, there’s a unquestionably different smell coming through our air ducts in the house lately; I started noticing it just a few weeks ago when both of us switched our temperature control over to the heating settings; Both of us hadn’t even had to use our furnace plan at all yet this year until then because the weather didn’t beginning cooling off until just recently; When I turned the furnace on, it seemed to fire right up and beginning just like usual.

But then when it had been running for a while, I started to notice a really strange smell that seemed to be coming out through the heating vents.

I thought that it would go away after a while, but every single time that the furnace would cycle through, the exhausting smell would beginning coming right back again. It was so annoying, then plus, I couldn’t really put our finger on what the smell unquestionably was. I couldn’t tell if it was something that had died in the air ducts or if it might be something that was unquestionably growing in there like mold or mildew! Either way, the strange smell kept on coming out through the heating vents every single time the furnace kicked on. I was starting to get sad that maybe both of us were breathing in something terrible or weird… At any rate, the indoor air quality was actually not at a hundred percent the way that I wanted it to be. I finally decided to call our local Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier and make an appointment to have them come and do some professional vent cleaning for us. I’m also thinking about having them install a whole home air purification plan for us, too.
