There was something going on with the Heating and A/C system at the gym on Saturday.

I went in for our official routine of weights lifting and a bit of running.

As soon as I opened the door I observed that it was severely sizzling in the gym. I tried to work out anyway although I was covered in sweat and uncomfortable before I was even done with our stretches. I could particularly hear and know the oil furnace kicking on and off, however now it is true that the weather has been deranged lately. One morning it is freezing freezing outside and the next it is sizzling and sunny. Saturday was 1 of those sizzling and sunny days. Sunday had been a freezing freezing morning. I decided to head condo instead of exercise in the heat. I thought it might be better if I went back later in the morning. Then maybe they would have gotten their temperature control changed over from heat to air conditioner, then however, when I evaluated the gym’s social media page, later in the morning, I still saw a lot of posts asking why the oil furnace was still on. Apparently the gym still hadn’t gotten their oil furnace turned off. Of course the gym never responded to those posts. Nor did they ever turn off the heater. This is just a speculation although I guess that maybe the gym has it set up so that the oil furnace is on in the Winter and the air conditioner is on in the Summer and they can’t change it… Do you recognize what I can change? What gym I go to. I won’t be paying for our membership next week. I am moving to a gym that has the air conditioner on when it should be.
