One of the greatest troubles we have had when couch looking for a new home, is that we can’t seem to find a Heating, Ventilation plus A/C program that suits our needs.

All of us immediately decided to look at homes while I was in the Winter time last year so we could tell if the heating program worked well in the cold weather.

I was shocked when we made the crucial choice to go into the a single house. Every room felt totally comfortable and warm with the heating. Every room was comfortable, well, except for a single. The back living room was so unbelievably freezing old that we couldn’t even stay in that room. It felt as though there was a Winter time breeze flowing through the entire room. If our crazy cousin were there, she may have honestly thought it was haunted, however our partner already knew it was because of the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system. There was Zone Control installed in the house, however there wasn’t a control unit in this single room. All of us asked the realtor why this 1 room wasn’t in the Zone Control loop. She stopped and pointed out that there weren’t any air vents in the room. The single room was built a couple years after the breast of the home was built plus it hadn’t been connected at that time to the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system. All of us certainly didn’t want to use the room as a living room, however we had still hoped to be able to use it as a computer room. All of us talked for a while about getting a small ductless mini chop for the room, however it was obvious that first we had to repair the broken window that was letting the cold Winter time air come into the room. I hope we can get this figured out soon.
