Most adolescents growing up hated going to school.

• And of course, I was 1 of those adolescents.

But not for the reason you may think. I undoubtedly hated going to school not cause it was boring & felt love going to a tough working task & not getting paid for it, however because the school I went to had lousy heating, ventilation & A/C! The lousy air conditioning I could sort of deal with as it was only the yesterday of the fall semester the people I was with and I even needed central air conditioning. But the heating was a major issue! I would go to school & know love I was sitting in an ice box instead of a classroom in the winter! It was undoubtedly horrible! I don’t even suppose how the teachers & other adolescents could handle it. And I am surprised someone never called the board of education to complain. But these were different times as well. Times where they could get away with things love lousy central heating, ventilation & A/C & no 1 would say a peep. They would just complain when they had to. I was so gleeful when my final year of school came. I knew I would never have to deal with lousy heating, ventilation & A/C ever again if I didn’t want to! I said to myself, that if I went to get a task in the real world & they ended up having lousy heat & cooling system in there, I would complain. And if they didn’t maintenance it I would simply quit & find another task where they had quality heating, ventilation & A/C!
