Living in a apartment & owning a apartment are more than one entirely different things. I have found that as a homeowner, odd things happen quite frequently & you just about always end up having to pay out of your own pocket for them! A few weeks ago when the hot & cold temperatures outside were still pretty hot, I went to the thermostat to turn down the air conditioning. The apartment was feeling pretty stuffy & overly hot to me & I wasn’t sure why the air conditioner wasn’t coming on automatically. Of course, I don’t honestly believe all that much about s at all. I thought about calling my local heating & cooling supplier to see if they could help me, even though I honestly didn’t want to have to spend the cash to pay them for a maintenance call. I went downstairs & evaluated the central air conditioner unit to see if I could see anything wrong with it, however of course there’s a sizable metal cover & so I couldn’t tell. Not that I would honestly have been able to tell if there was something going on with it anyway. I finally ended up outside, so I could check out the exterior component of the air conditioner system. When I went to the back of the garage, I looked around & saw that there were more than one sizable red squirrels sitting right on top of the air conditioner unit. I realized that the whole problem with my cooling plan was the fact that these red squirrels were sticking acorns down into my air conditioner unit!
