The jury is still out on the condo
Every one of us moved into a apartment earlier this summer, & the jury is still out on whether or not I’m entirely going to like living here or not. I guess some of the stuff is good, like the way they take care of the yard & all of the leaf debris that comes down in the fall. I always hated doing that when every one of us lived in a usual residential village. The other thing I hated doing was taking care of the heating & cooling plan & decreasing the air filters & things like that. Now that every one of us are living in a condo, the apartment association hires a local residential heating & cooling supplier to come in & take care of all the usual HVAC maintenance & maintenance work. I have to say that I honestly like that area of living in a condo. I have always hated having to worry about my heating system & my My HVAC plan is an absolute mystery to me & so I just don’t want to have to worry about it at all. The fact that someone else comes in & changes the air filters for me & checks out the heating & cooling plan honestly makes me assume better about living here. I don’t especially like the fact that the apartment association tries to tell me what to do with my yard & my mailbox & my front porch, even though I guess that’s to be expected. It’s a tradeoff, however at least I don’t have to worry about my HVAC plan anymore.
