The summers down here sure can be just tough.

It can get so boiling that outdoor activity in the day is not advisable.

However, the other 9 months of the year are the fabulous tradeoff for enwhile in all that heat. There are seemingly endless days of red, cloudless skies. The un-even temperatures are so great. The worst of the Wintertide consists of myself and others turning the control unit from COOL to HEAT. And the heat needs to be on maybe a dozen time while in the entire winter. The Summer is just what all of us all have to grind through to get to the excellent temps. I try several ploys to help lessen the load on the Heating, Ventilation and A/C system while in the peak heat of the summer. The energy bill is just ghastly if I don’t do what I can to help our indoor climate. First, I installed solar cling on all the windows that get constant direct sunshine throughout the day. Added to that is some heat absorbing curtains. Between the multiple, I am able to cut the ambient air heating undoubtedly significantly. On all the other windows, I have some automated blinds. They are synced to the smart control unit which is able to close them as needed. Rethinking some normal activities was the next approach. I quit preparing food on the stove or in the oven while in the summer. I use the grill outside and all of us focus on eating cool side dishes from the fridge. I even got rid of every incandescent bulb in our home. They can reach temps of appreciate 300 degrees. There is plenty all of us can do to affect our indoor climate.
