In our device shop, all of us do a lot of shaving plus grinding plus sanding… There are constant bits of metal in the air plus all of us have to use a special whole-house air purifier to help with the problem! Every one of us change the air filters on these air filtration units frequently, but for the past many years, all of us have changed the air filters weekly, but since Covid19, all of us have been decreasing the filters twice each week. Every one of us are trying to keep all of our employees safe plus still meet our business demands. Every one of us ordered a large shipment of air filters for this filtration plan when the covid-19 virus began. Every one of us were steadily going through the filters plus I realized all of us were starting to get low swiftly. A few weeks ago, I tried to order more air filters plus I found out that the shipment would be delayed. Everyone was out of stock plus I called many weird suppliers, but part of the problem was due to the fact that these air filters are made for an air filtration device that works on metal shavings! I’m glad that all of us had many air filters on hand when I made the call, however I did not anticipate having to wait so long. Normally the shipment will arrive within a day or 2, however all of us had to wait many weeks before the new air filters arrived. I’m entirely glad that I decided to order twice as many as I would need when I realized that the air filters were on a back order. Every one of us have plenty of stock to last various weeks or possibly a year.
